Rafael Carlin & Company, Independent Ballet Artifact, some of his groups will take the stage

GUADALAJARA, JALISCO (20/SEP/2012.) - The dance will take the stage of the city. The Ministry of Culture of Jalisco, through the Department of Dance, presented the program covering the XIV edition of the Festival of Contemporary Dance Onesimus Gonzalez, to be held from 6 to 13 October.

Saldaña Karina Quintero, director of Dance Ministry of Culture (SC) of Jalisco, said that this year, the event will consist of two parts dancístico, one that exposes dance performances by companies and groups like Contempodanza, Carlin and Rafael Company, Independent Ballet, Dance Company classical and neoclassical Jalisco, Artefactia, Etheric Body and The Intruder, among others, that have as the Teatro Degollado scenarios, the Dance Station Light Rail and the Forum of Art and Culture.

In addition, there will also be a special forum in which courses are taught modern dance and choreographic composition, conferences and workshops conditioning for dancers, dance history, dance to the cell, as well as literary presentations and Dance Hayde technology Benhumea Lachino and Nayeli, Dance and Margarita Tortajada genre and dance pioneers scenic Guadalajara Angelica Iniguez.

Karina Saldana as specified that each edition, access to various activities, both practical and theoretical, will be totally free, the income shall be governed by the official delivery of tickets to be delivered in the Dance Department of the Ministry of Culture of Jalisco, located in the Forum of Art and Culture in Avenida Alcalde Extension 1451.

As part of the inauguration, the Festival of Contemporary Dance Onesimus González start with the presentation of the piece Blue ... an ear of woman, by the Contempodanza, led by Cecilia Lugo, promptly at 20:00 pm on 6 October at the Teatro Degollado.
