Courses covered harassment, nondiscrimination and peaceful workplace relations, the utility reports.
SEAPAL Vallarta says it completed staff training on workplace culture and human rights, in a statement dated October 31.
The courses addressed workplace harassment, equality and nondiscrimination in public service, and a culture of peace. Instructors came from the Jalisco State Human Rights Commission’s Francisco Tenamaxtle study center.
SEAPAL’s administrative division coordinated the sessions. The utility describes them as part of continuing staff development intended to encourage respectful working environments and strengthen service to local families.
