That Saturday the president of DIF Puerto Vallarta, Magaly Fregoso Ortiz, gave her first report of activities to about 600 people. Screens, a clown show and fireworks framed her speech in which the lack of infrastructure and a lack of motivation in the team with which she received the institution stood out.
