This next October 16th, a spectacular wine pairing dinner will take place at Café des Artistes, a poetry and tribute to the traditional Nayaritan cuisine, a menu With the flavors of Nayarit designed by Chef Thierry Blouet and inspired by the book titled “Sabores de Nayarit: tierra ardiente, cuna de valientes” by Alondra Maldonado, who concentrated all the traditions and culinary rites of Nayarit in one great volume, until this book, the only way to get these recipes was to pass it from generation to generation.
“I was inspired by the book “Sabores de Nayarit” for the creation of these great tipical Nayaritan dishes my style, where the flavors of cumin, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, lemon, onion, among others are highlighted, a perfect combination without doubt, between the dishes and the wine pairing by Casa Madero, one of the great mexican winehouses” – Thierry Blouet 2014

The grand event will begin at 7:00 pm with a press conference – cocktail, where the book Sabores de Nayarit: “tierra ardiente, cuna de valientes” by Alondra Maldonado, will be presented. Also the details of Chef Thierry Blouet inspiration for the creation of this exquisite menu will be explained and to top it all, we will be accompanied by Daniel Milmo, owner of Casa Madero, to talk about the wines that will be paired with this great masterpiece.
Once the press conference-cocktail has concluded, who reserved a table will be invited to pass into the main salon to delight their senses with the flavors of Nayarit with the gourmet style of Café des Artistes and a good glass of wine by Casa Madero.
