Tomas Markmann is the Sales Coordinator for the United States, with more than 10 years of experience in the world of wines, he began working for Grupo Errazuriz in 2012 as Sales Coordinator for Europe, his experience is in wine tasting, especially in the restaurant area, this being the reason that he was invited.
The Pairing Diner took place in the facilities of the famous restaurant with a series of exquisite and sophisticated dishes prepared by Chef Thierry combined with the experience of Tomas Markmann, who made careful selections of the adequate wines for each dish, proving the experience a success, delighting the most demanding palates in Puerto Vallarta, who were fascinated with the menu and wine pairings.
