In the central courtyard of the City Hall of Puerto Vallarta the 19th year anniversary of the Ballet Folklorico Xiutla was celebrated, which has been under the control of Enrique Barrios Limón, where thanks to his teachings, this group has achieved international recognition due to the quality of their interpretations of traditional Mexican rhythms.
