Under the auspices of Cultural Institute of Puerto Vallarta (IVC), directed by Lic. Fernando Sanchez, free musical and dance concerts will be held during the Easter and Holy Week, where locals and visitors are invited to attend and enjoy at the outdoor theater known as Los Arcos on the Malecon
