Friends can be the best part of life. International Friends can be exciting and exotic. The International Friendship Club (IFC) of Puerto Vallarta is the best of all.

The IFC has been around for 30 years and is a stoic member of Puerto Vallarta. It is so nice to have a friend to count on. In this case the friend is one, not in need, but… able to help others.

A “Must” adventure for your vacation in Puerto Vallarta is the Home Garden Tour. It is sponsored and run by the IFC of Puerto Vallarta. Check out the details and put it on your bucket list.

This season will mark thirty years since the IFC Home Tours were started as a way to raise funds to support the fledgling Cleft Palate Clinic. The proceeds from the tours go to support the IFC Cleft Palate Program that serves almost 200 children from birth when the lip and palate are closed until all the necessary surgeries, speech therapy, dental and orthodontia work is complete. This comprehensive program has been serving the Puerto Vallarta area for 30 years and is made possible by the funds raised by the Home Tours. The IFC also supports a number of other charitable projects in Puerto Vallarta.

Your tour will include four homes and will last about 3 hours. The homes you will visit vary from small, traditional Mexican casas to multi-million dollar oceanfront condominiums and villas. Homes change weekly so folks that are on an extended vacation can come more than once and see different homes. Tours are run by experienced, knowledgeable and entertaining tour guides who all donate their time.

Ticket prices are $500 pesos and can be purchased in advance using cash at the IFC clubhouse or at Sea Monkey the morning of the tours beginning at 9 am. You may also purchase tickets in advance on our website with a charge card or Paypal at ifctoursforvallarta.com.

Tours often sell out so we recommend that you get your ticket in advance or arrive at 9:00 am the day of the tour to purchase your ticket.
