Over 200 Cases Treated at The Municipal Services Office Tourist Assistance and Foreign Resident

(OAATRE) has treated 205 cases, of which 10 are still open and the rest have completed

Just over 10 months after its doors open, the Municipal Services Office and Tourist Assistance and Foreign Resident (OAATRE) has treated 205 cases, of which 10 are still open and the rest are completed, said Alexandra Gonzalez reported in charge of the OAATRE this Wednesday during the session of the Committee on Municipal Tourism.

She noted that the OAATRE has a friendly agreement with 54 hotels to whom any problem that arises with their guests, they contact the office to be served accordingly. Also remain in constant communication with consular United States and Canada in the region, Kelly Trainor and Lyne Benoit, respectively, who have expressed happy for the service that is offered to tourists and foreign residents.
