Vallarta Today is very concerned about Americans and Canadians that live here in Vallarta, they form part of our lives as co-residents and tourists.
We are really sorry to hear that our friend Douglas Wallace passed away last night, November 6th 2013.
Douglas was a part of our lives for many years here in Vallarta, a fixture at Sticky Fingers Wings where he enjoyed watching the marina activity, conversing with friends, helping people with advise and suggestions of how to live better in Vallarta.
For years he was a close friend of our friend Brando, and helped him to manage the Brandos Bar and Grill before he left us a few years ago. Today I am sure Brando met Douglas at the door to Brandos in the Heavens.
Our sincerest condolences to his long time friend and companion, Lety, our hearts are with you.
Douglas we will all miss you, your humor, your intelligence, and most of all your Scottish charm.
