Hotels, restaurants, stores and businesses in general in Puerto Vallarta will be able to operate at 100 percent of their capacity as of Thursday, March 17. The Jalisco Board of Health approved this Wednesday the new sanitary dispositions that will take effect as of tomorrow and until May 8, after a significant drop in the number of coronavirus infections in the municipalities of the state. The members of the Board of Health decided that the application of sanitary measures will also end, since all filters will be removed from stores and establishments, such as mats, tunnels and thermometers, except for the alcohol gel dispensers, which will be a service provided by the establishment to the public. The use of masks is maintained in open and closed public spaces. The requirement to present the vaccination certificate to enter bars, night clubs, night clubs and in general establishments and massive events, such as cinemas, theaters, concerts and religious festivals, among many others, is also eliminated. NEW SANITARY MEASURES FOR JALISCO 1.-The capacity for events will be 100 percent free. 2.-The use of masks is maintained in open and closed spaces. 3.-The requirement to present a vaccination certificate or proof of vaccination to enter establishments and events is eliminated. 4.-All sanitary filters are removed from stores and establishments, except for the alcoholic gel. Religious festivities may be carried out prior notice to the Jalisco Ministry of Health in order to review sanitary protocols.
