The Vallarta Institute of Culture (IVC) inaugurated yesterday the Itinerant Photographic Exhibition of Puerto Vallarta's history, located in the Plaza de Armas, just outside the Municipal Presidency. On May 16 at 4:30 pm, the Exhibition will be inaugurated in the Plaza de Ixtapa in Puerto Vallarta.
