On July 10, 2024, a small group of gymnasts from Puerto Vallarta took a COMUDE transport to reach the Rose Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament. This tournament means a lot to them and to all the followers of municipal sports.

The Rose Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament is a prominent event on the rhythmic gymnastics calendar in Mexico. It is held at the Pan American Gymnastics Complex in Guadalajara, Jalisco, a first-class venue that has hosted multiple national and international competitions. The Rose Tournament has established itself as one of the most important rhythmic gymnastics competitions in the region. Organized by local and national gymnastics federations, this event attracts gymnasts from all over Mexico and other countries, competing in different categories and levels.

The talented girls of Rhythmic Gymnastics left for Guadalajara in the COMUDE Sprinter. They will compete in classes 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, in categories A, B, and C, participating in the "INTERNATIONAL ROSE TOURNAMENT" from July 11 to 14 at the Nissan complex, which is a qualifier for the Elite National. Quintets A and B also participate.

The tournament includes various categories, from children to adults, and is divided into different skill levels. Competitors perform routines with different apparatuses, such as the rope, hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon. Each routine is evaluated by qualified judges, who score based on the difficulty, execution, and artistry of the performances. The main objective of the Rose Tournament is to promote the practice of rhythmic gymnastics and provide a platform for gymnasts to showcase their talent and skills. Additionally, the tournament serves as an opportunity for athletes to gain competition experience and prepare for larger events.

The Pan American Gymnastics Complex is an ideal venue for such events, as it has modern and suitable facilities for rhythmic gymnastics. The complex offers a spacious and well-equipped competition area, as well as training areas and locker rooms for the athletes. The tournament organization ensures that all logistical aspects are well-coordinated to guarantee a successful event. Although the main focus is on Mexican gymnasts, the Rose Tournament has also attracted the participation of international teams and athletes. This not only elevates the level of competition but also promotes cultural and sporting exchange between the participating countries.

The Rose Tournament has gained recognition at the national and international levels for its high level of organization and the quality of the competitions. Gymnasts who excel in this tournament often become references in the sport and may go on to represent their countries in international competitions. In addition to the competitions, the Rose Tournament usually includes complementary activities such as workshops, exhibitions, and talks. These parallel events offer gymnasts and coaches additional opportunities to learn and develop within the sport.

The tournament receives media coverage both locally and nationally, which helps to increase the visibility of rhythmic gymnastics and inspire new generations of gymnasts. Specialized and general media cover the results and highlights of the competition, providing greater reach for the event. The realization of the Rose Tournament is supported by various organizations and sponsors who see this event as an opportunity to promote sport and physical activity. These collaborations are essential for the success of the tournament and to offer a high-quality experience to all participants.

The Rose Tournament continues to grow and evolve, aiming to establish itself as a reference event in the world of rhythmic gymnastics. The organization continuously works to improve and adapt to the new demands of the sport, ensuring that the tournament remains a valuable platform for gymnasts of all ages and levels. The Rose Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament in Guadalajara is a crucial event for the development and promotion of this sport in Mexico, offering gymnasts a unique opportunity to compete, learn, and excel in their discipline.
