Mismaloya is Part of The Monthly Cleaning of Beaches

During the activities it was possible to remove 650kg of waste 2km from access to the beach and river.

On January 25, 2014 the Department of Environment and Ecology to continue cleanup activities within the monthly campaign beaches.

This time the appointment was in Playa Mismaloya where cleared more than 2km including the edge of road access to the beach, the river and the beach, being able to withdraw more than 650kg of waste with the participation of 60 people from the Hotel Barceló, Mismaloya Municipal Agency and the staff of the Directorate of Environment and Ecology.

In this way it seeks to foster care coastal area by keeping it clean and make awareness about the affectations of human activities.
