gradPuerto Vallarta, Jal. - University of Vallarta (UNIVA) initiated Diploma courses for those with a Bachelor degree on Engineering and Architecture, with the participation of well known Architects.

UNIVA now offers the option of continuing with professional studies and to get a master degree - or an specialization- with the purpose of reinforcing practice and theory knowledge and of giving young graduates an opportunity to keep up to date in their careers.

UNIVA’s authorities welcome the young graduates and informed them of what they need to do to get their Diploma. They need to: take one hundred hours of classes related to their field; deliver all projects and research work on time and form; to participate in class, to credit the modules assigned by the program, as well as to pass the general knowledge exam which is taken at the end of Diploma courses.

The Engineering and Architecture Diploma will constantly be updated with current topics. To this end, topics are divided into six units: Graphic expression in engineering and Architecture; the theoretic units on Engineering and Architecture; architectural Designs; sensitizing and structural design; constructive procedures, administration and cost of the construction site and a study of Urban Design. The last unit will end on April 13, but the general exam will take place on April 27.

The Business Development Center, registered to STPS ISA 730903, also offers Diploma courses, workshops for businesses and professionals in the field of architecture, Interior Design, Law, Nutrition, Psychology, Marketing, Business Administration and Finance.
