Alejandro López Olmos, with 28 years of experience is the Executive Chef of the Hotel Sheraton Bugambilias, his success comes from a combination of Latin American flavors from the Caribbean and the traditional Mexican food. He said: "I have found a way to make Mexican food that is not as spicy but with a fruity taste that is rich in Mexican flavors.

As is well known it is a tradition to come to the Sheraton hotel, where every Sunday we take care of making typical foods from here in Jalisco, as is the menudo, the pozole, and what Americans and Canadians like a lot, that we give variety to the food of Mexico.

Today we have food from Yucatan in southeastern Mexico, where you can find cochinita pibil, relleno negro, lime soup, as well as the traditional beans with pork, different kinds of Yucatecan food, without missing our regular, pozole, taquitos al pastor, and recently we opened a sushi station, to have some oriental food. In the area of desserts we have sweet crepes and we're going to be changing between sweet and salty crepes which are liked very much by the people.
