self-employmentBrickmakers in Puerto Vallarta will access a program of training and assisted auto-construction which will help them improve their standard of life through the program Self-Employment Production Center (CPA) that is handled by Cementos Mexicanos (Cemex), announced the Councillor Mendoza Susana Carreño.
