Puerto Vallarta FM3 Services

There are two options available to you and they are as follows:

Option 1:

Preparation of application for client.
Petition letter in Spanish addressed to INM Instituto Nacional de Migration.
Bank payment forms filled out with the associated documentation required by INM.
We provide a list of the required documents you will need to take with you to Immigration so you don't have to make multiple trips to their office and wait in long lines.

Fee:

Our fees for the above preparation and guidance through this process is a onetime fee of $75 USD. ($50 USD is required to start the process with the remaining $25 USD due upon receipt of the FM3) A $25 USD fee is required initially to answer any questions you may have pertaining to the process. (consultation good for one half hour) Should you decide to utilize FM3 Mexico’s services the $25 consultation fee applies towards the total fees charged by FM3 Mexico..

Option 2:

Includes all items in option 1.
FM3 Mexico’s lawyer meets with you at one of three convenient locations in the Bay area, gathers all the paperwork needed and personally takes it to Immigration on your behalf. It is sometimes necessary for the client to be present upon initial filing. Our lawyer will notify you if that is the case.

FM3 Mexico does all of the follow up with Immigration.
Should additional information be needed by Immigration, FM3 Mexico’s lawyer meets with you, gathers the required information and again takes it to Immigration on your behalf.
FM3 Mexico advises you on the day and time to meet our Lawyer at Immigration on the day your FM3 is ready so all you have to do is provide your thumb prints and leave the office with your FM3.

That’s right, FM3 Mexico will do all the leg work, we wait in line on your behalf, we do all the filing of paperwork and follow up.

Fee:

The fee for Option 2 is $165 US Dollars. 75% paid initially and the remaining 25% is paid upon receipt of your FM3..

Note: In both option 1 & 2 client pays the required immigration fees. Fees stated above are solely for FM3 Mexico’s services provided to client. Additional fees apply if your current visa is expired or if an exit visa is required during the processing of you FM3 or FM2.

FM3 Mexico does "NOT" gaurantee you will receive a change in your immigration status. (FM3 or FM2) This decission is based solely on INM and the laws of Mexico. If you're denied in the regular process, FM3 Mexico's obligations to the client have been fullfilled. Should the client wish to appeal INM's decission, FM3 Mexico's lawyer can assist at an hourly rate of $99 USD.
