As I Suspected - the Usual...GREED!
Editor's Note: There must be something that we as a community can do?
It's the curse of this town...those AVARICIOUS landlords who are responsible for so many business premises remaining closed the length and breadth of PV due to their their constant demands FOR more and MORE, even at a time of economic hardship. That, need I say, results in more job losses for Vallartans Yet they have usually reaped more than ample rewards on their investment for years.

Hello my dear friends! The Boutique Theatre is looking for a new home. Dr. Julian Gomez Gutierrez , Veterinarian, and owner of the building is demanding several hundred thousand pesos for “unauthorized construction” at the theatre even though the rent has always been paid in full and on time. We have been negotiating with him in the courts since September of last year and the issue is still unresolved. Rather than wait for a decision that might require us to vacate the building within 24 hours we chose to leave now and store our equipment while we seek another venue before the season begins in November. Should you wish to query his reasons here is Dr. Gomez's contact info: cell 322-158-0922, clinic 222-5540, email:
Thank you all for providing support to such a beautiful dream that the Boutique became. We will rebuild and carry on somewhere else! Too bad that a beautiful thing was destroyed by greed. Your enthusiastic participation in the Boutique made this venture very worth while. So save your pennies as we will need financial help to rebuild the dream that became the Boutique Theatre. We will keep you informed and ask that you let us know if a suitable space comes to your attention. Thanks again!:)
