Interjet announced the cancellation of 10 flights to and from Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, derived from the weather situation by the storm Lidia.
The airline said in a statement that the affected trips were those from Mexico City, Toluca and Guadalajara, to Los Cabos and La Paz, and Baja California Sur to the states indicated.
It stressed that in this situation, the company will support all passengers who were affected by the cancellations, canceling the charges for change and difference of rate for days 2, 3 and 4 of this month, considering that the change should not exceed the validity of the ticket.
Regarding the changes of flights or route in dates after the days mentioned above, only the difference of rate will apply if any.
The company pointed out that "in case there is not a close date to postpone your flight, you can schedule it for the last date published in the itinerary without applying the charge for change, only apply the difference in rate if it exists, provided and when the date of the change does not exceed the validity of the ticket (one year from the purchase).
For subsequent changes, all corresponding charges will apply, and no refunds will be issued except for Priority fare passengers.
