Puerto Vallarta has been the cradle and host this important sporting event crossfit, it is officially in the month of November, receiving more than 500 competitors attendees from around the country and some cities in the United States.
PACIFIC GAMES ARE THE CROSSFIT GAMES IN PUERTO VALLARTA involving several disciplines like gymnastics, Olympic lifts and cardiovascular endurance activities within these same listed activities athletics, swimming, rowing and rope jumping among others, which are executed in mixed form variable and high intensity with very little rest and without knowing the evidence previously adhering strictly to the standards of movements demanding competition.
PACIFIC GAMES is governed by two days of competition and which are made of three to four events per day, the program includes Welcome and registration, 2 days of competition, Awards and Closing.
