On September 9th at 20:00hrs the inauguration of the restaurant DE CHILE, MOLE Y POZOLE took place, in Galerias Vallarta.

Meanwhile, Gabriel Federico Espinosa recognized the support he received from his girlfriend and partner Francia Anaya for making this project possible. He also thanked all those who are part of their lives, and commented that he is excited with this new project, which was the idea of his partner Francia. He mentioned that after the idea was concreted, they have been working on it together for several years, and the idea is that this company grows nationally, and that in the medium term becomes a 100 percent Vallartan. He also asked for the support of his collaborators, to continue improving this new company that is proudly Vallartan, so that it grows nationally and globally.

For her part, Francia Anaya, General Manager of the Restaurant Chile, Mole, y Pozole told us, that "we are excited to achieve this dream which is just beginning and all who have participated, and who have supported us, and are part of this dream, thank you very much. Chile mole y pozole is born from the idea of bringing Mexican food, but particularly the flavor of the good food of my mom, to share a little of how well one can eat at home. My deepest gratitude is to my mother (Mrs. María de Lourdes Macedo Castellón, Chef of this new restaurant), I thank her for believing in me and in this dream, and I take this opportunity to thank all of you for believing in this dream, thanks to all the family of chile mole y pozole".
