Home Depot will open its first store in Nayarit in August

The Home Depot, the number one store for home improvement in Mexico keeps expanding in the country reaching in august the state of Nayarit for the first time. The construction of this project initiated a few months ago in the Insurgentes avenue number 2297, in the colonia Gustavo Díaz Ordaz of the capital, with an investment of 200 million pesos and the creation of 300 indirect jobs and 100 direct quality jobs which will be activated once the store opens.

The Home Depot, with 12 years of experience in the Mexican Republic, with this aperture in Tepic amounts to 102 stores at a national level and expands its presence to 28 states, with the firm purpose of bringing to its customers its offer of more than 23 thousand products under the same roof, in the departments of construction, hardware, plumbing and bathrooms, electricity, doors and woods, floors, paint and decoration, lighting, gardening, tools, kitchen and appliances, among others, improving the quality of life of families in their homes.

The new store is constructed on a property of 20 thousand square meters of surface area and will have more than 4 thousand square meters of sales area, in which its associates of orange aprons will guide the consumers to make easy and quality home improvements; they will also render specialized service to the professional customer, whether it is an engineer, architect, construction worker or contractor, with bigger projects.

Just as in the rest of its stores in Mexico, The Home Depot will develop several actions in benefit of the community of Nayarit once this new establishment starts operating, pointing out the intensive program of volunteering that includes actions such as donating merchandise and collecting donations in favor of non governmental organizations (NGO's) of the state,donating blood and improvements to public schools, where together with the support of the state and municipal governments, as of civilians, the development of communities and the most vulnerable social groups is promoted to contribute in the betterment of their quality of life.
