The draft budget 2014 of the federal government allocates more than 980.2 million pesos for the construction of the Dam El Zapotillo, while the National Water Commission (Conagua) evades interviews to confirm the progress of the project or if the curtain of the reservoir will be of 80 or 105 meters.
