Mayors and deputies negotiated resources for the section  of Costa Alegre freeway

Bahía de Banderas Nayarit News.- “I will personally knock on doors, so that these resources are liberated as soon as possible", said the Federal Deputy.

“The terrestrial means of communication are fundamental for the transit of people and products, which are essential for the tourism of the municipalities of Costa Alegre in Jalisco, which is composed of Puerto Vallarta, Cabo Corrientes and Tomatlán, that's why we came to negotiate as a team before the federation, the resources for the rehabilitation of the section of the federal freeway 200", declared the Federal Deputy Rafa González.

Interviewed in the framework of his business tour through the municipality of Cabo Corrientes, the federal legislator explained that in conjunction with the local deputy Gustavo González Villaseñor as a representative of the fifth district, together with the mayors Ramón Guerrero from Puerto Vallarta, Homero Romero from Cabo Corrientes and Saúl Galindo from Tomatlán, they will solicit to the Ministry of Communication and Transport, the complete rehabilitation of the federal freeway 200, which goes from Cabo Corrientes up to the southern limits of Puerto Vallarta at the height of El Nogalito.

"This is the only alternative of connection and unfortunately it is in bad conditions. We will put all of our effort, personally knocking on doors, with the officials of the subordinate offices, so that the resources are liberated as soon as possible", emphasized Rafa González.

The Federal Deputy added that while it is true that the request is towards the federation, they will also make the necessary negotiations so that the governor Aristóteles Sandoval, becomes aware of the matter, as driving the growth of Costa Alegre of Jalisco was a commitment that they acquired for the touristic development of these municipalities.

“Our friends the municipal presidents Ramón Guerrero, Homero Romero and Saúl Galindo, as well as the providers of touristic services and the general population can be sure that we will not rest until we get the resources for the rehabilitation of the freeway and many more projects", declared Rafa González.
