With the aim of promoting forestry, soil conservation and restoration, as well as reforestation and protection of natural areas in the state, the Government of the People, through the Forestry Commission Nayarit, conducts rehabilitation in infrastructure facilities of Camichín de Jauja nursery in the city of Tepic.

These actions will help improve and preserve the environment by producing different species of trees and pines that foster reforestation across the state.

In addition, he gives initiated the new season production plant-cold temperate climate type: Pine Duglas and Michoacan and it is estimated that next year they are ready these species for reforestation with some 1 million 900 thousand plants for handing in Nayarit territory.

It should be noted that the Governor Roberto Sandoval encourages actions that serve to combat the problems that persist in Nayarit, as in this case, the environmental degradation caused by deforestation.
