The International Triathalon 2013 was performed on April 28th, at Puerto Vallarta in the facilities of the Maritime Terminal in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, where within a framework of enthusiasm, was attended by over 1,000 competitors.
Days before the event, the Port Community conducted some operational coordination initiatives through Puerto Vallarta Port Administration (API), the Harbor Master, the 8th. Naval Zone, Municipal Transit and Civil Protection, among others, in order to harmonize the port operation to ensure safety of navigation and to competitors
With the support of the Port Pilots in coordination with Viva Tours Port Agency, achieved the Statendam cruise line Holland America, arrive half an hour ahead of schedule, having a docking maneuver efficiently thus streamlined the opening ceremony. Thus, the competitors had a spectacular view of the cruise terminal.
Whenever API support for this sporting event will be held with excellent results, the company AsdDeporte, organizer of the event, gave special recognition to the API team by its Port Director, Mr. Alex Casarrubias Garcia.
