About me
Born and raised in the U.S., I lived most of my adult life in Mexico. I am tri-lingual, with formal education in French and Spanish. I taught High-School Spanish for 10 years at a private institution in the San Francisco Bay Area, and have enjoyed tutoring students privately in Spanish for 20 years. I also work as a English-Spanish translator and am currently enjoying team-translating a 480 page fiction novel. I come alive when sharing my language and communication skills to inspire and help others acquire second language fluency. I delight in meeting people and developing new connections. When not working, I am hiking, biking, reading, playing in nature, growing and eating good food!
