The lawmaker of the Fifth District with headquarters in Puerto Vallarta, said that the parliamentary group of the PRI, will drive the new Organic Law of the Federal Attorney for Environmental Protection, the comprehensive reform of the Forestry Law with a focus on sustainable use, as well as the Waste Act to transit the waste management for its use, as well as working on a new National Water Act.
He stressed that the new National Water Act will sustainably ensure a proper administration of the vital liquid for personal and domestic hygiene, "Mexicans have the right to the access, disposal and sanitation of water in safe and sufficient form, as well as equitable use of water resources, we are regulating its use and conservation", he said.
