For more information ask to visit the VidantaCruises.com website or call 800-366-6600. MEXICAN PARADISE It states on its website: "Slow down and enjoy the peaceful bliss that is Mexican paradise. Rest and relax as we take you on the trip of a lifetime.

Explore beautiful, timeless and sun-drenched destinations along Mexico's Pacific coast and delight in luxury accommodations and exclusive excursions along the way. Leave your worries behind as you embark on this blissful journey to the heart of Mexico. Your journey begins at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta, where you will seamlessly transition from your traditional resort vacation to an extraordinary journey at sea." The Vidanta Elegant has been making frequent visits to Puerto Vallarta as part of the pre-launch work for the first 100 percent Mexican luxury cruise line. The ship has 149 five-star cabins and suites, 12 restaurants and lounges, a full spa and fitness center, as well as a boutique, with a passenger to crew ratio of one to one. NEW BENEFIT Vidanta Cruises will also offer a revolutionary new benefit that will allow guests to experience Vidanta luxury both on land and at sea. With just one check-in, travelers will be able to split their trip between Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta and Vidanta Elegant, combining an exclusive resort vacation with the best of luxury cruising. The vessel is of a much smaller size than those that regularly arrive in Puerto Vallarta. With a length of 153 meters, it displaces 15,396 gross tons and its capacity is barely close to 300 passengers. The first voyage had been announced since last year, but it seems that it will finally become a reality.
