The National Holidays in Puerto Vallarta started to be celebrated with musical events, organized by the Municipal Government in coordination with the Institute of Culture of Vallarta. It was like this that on Friday, there was a musical concert where over a thousand people gathered to enjoy a tropical night with Sonoras Chocolate and Palomar.
The beginning of the concert took place around seven in the afternoon at the side of the Faro in the Boardwalk, where the stage and the audience, Vallartans and visitors, were waiting for the artists. The first to participate were the guest singers belonging to the Regional Confederation of Mexican Workers (CROM), who interpreted traditional songs and regional Mexican vernacular music. Subsequently the singing school choir Alas presented itself, with about 30 children, who performed Mexican medleys and led the public to join them in their songs while they awaited the highlight of the night.
It was at 21 hours when the Sonora Palomar presented itself to begin to interpret part of their repertoire which was applauded by the public, then was the turn of Sonora Chocolate, who with their songs had the people dancing in front of the stage for more than two hours, having fun big time in the opening events of the start of Independence Day in Puerto Vallarta.
