The Ministry of the Interior, issued on Wednesday a state of emergency for 21 municipalities of the state of Chihuahua, in northern Mexico, with the purpose of receiving and resources to serve the citizens affected by the " severe snow "that has affected that region, since December 30.
Municipalities that includes the measure, according to a statement from the Interior Ministry, are: Ahumada, Aldama, Aquiles Serdán, Ascensión, Bachíniva, Buenaventura, Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, Coyame del Sotol, Galeana, Gómez Farías, Guadalupe, Ignacio Zaragoza, Janos, Juárez, Madera, Manuel Benavides, Namiquipa, Nuevo Casas Grandes, Ojinaga y Praxedis G. Guerrero.
