wheelchair-sportsJalisco's Table Tennis team, won five more medals in individual competitions in the XL Wheelchair Sports, which take place in the multi-purpose Sports dome of Revolución, with which they remain at the top of the medal board in this sport.
The five medals were won in the men's category, Jesús Sánchez García won the first gold medal for Jalisco in the TT 3 category by beating Eduardo Sánchez of Puebla, who got silver.
The bronze went to Carlos Rincón Monroy, from the State of Mexico and Francisco Alam González Hernández, from Hidalgo.
In the TT 4 category, Jalisco scored 1-2, when Jesús Salgueiro Cepeda got the gold medal, defeating in the final Santiago Gaytán Gaytán, the bronzes went to Efrén Guerra Sánchez (Nuevo León) and to Oscar Islas Viana (Quintana Roo).
The other two medals were won in the category TT 6-7 when Manuel Lara got silver losing in the final to Mario Pazarán from the IMSS, who took gold. The bronzes were for Omar Aparicio from Jalisco and José María Lozano from the IMSS.

In the 200m competition of the T54 category there was the participation of José Giovanni Grajales and Daniel Ramírez from Jalisco, who finished in positions 4 and 6 with a time of 29.57 and 33.72 seconds, respectively.
Meanwhile the women's basketball team of Jalisco secured their presence in the final, having won their third event in a row.
This time the Jaliscans defeated Mexico City by 45-31, for which they are in their way to get their fifth national title in a row, should they win Saturday's meet, against the rival team to be defined tomorrow.
The men's team of Jalisco fell 29-59 to Mexico City, a result which is good enough to dispute the third place medal tomorrow against Oaxaca.
