Deadline Dates:
Team entry is $500 per team due by July 1st, 2013.
In addition to the team entry fee, a per person deposit of $60 is also required by July 1, 2013. This per person deposit is applied to your chosen package.

All team entry fees and per person deposits are non-refundable.

Final payment is due by September 1st, 2013.
Please remember that players who are NOT purchasing a Hotel Package through Soccer Player Vacations must pay the player fee to qualify to be on a team roster. No exceptions will be made.

Teams will be required to purchase a minimum of 4 room packages at the Buenaventura or Sheraton Buganvilias through Soccer Player Vacations.

All Hotel Packages include a special reduced player fee, plus special exclusive offers from our Hotels!

Divisions:
Men's over 40's (3 players per team allowed under 40, but over 35)
Men's over 50's (3 players per team allowed under 50, but over 45)
Women's over 40's (3 players per team allowed under 40, but over 35)
Women's over 50's (3 players per team allowed under 50, but over 45)
Co-Ed Open

ID verification will be requested with player registration form - Must be minimum age by 12/31/2012

A minimum of 4 teams are required for each division.
Teams per division will be limited to even numbers only with a minimum of 4 per division.
A waiting list will be created for odd numbered teams.
All teams will be entered into the tournament in order of receipt of team entry form and team entry fee.
