Here by popular demand is the video tour of 7 cheapest rentals by the beach in Puerto Vallarta area, more specifically in Bucerias, Mexico.
We will be touring 7 best rentals on the beach side of the hwy.

The criteria for the tour is:
Rental price of $1,200 USD a month or lower ($600 a month)
Located on the ocean side of the HWY
Golden Zone area
Likely not found on Airbnb or Facebook
We will do a tour of the unit first, then I will go over the expenses included in to the price in high and low season of each individual unit.
