The disagreement of Antorcha Campesina for the abandonment of the works in southern Jalisco, was resolved with a tour of supervision between the head of the agency and the Social Organization leaders, instead of a march-protest that was to take effect in front of the facilities of the Jalisco Center of the Ministry of Communications and Transport.

During the inspection, Bernardo Gutierrez Navarro, director of the Jalisco Center of the SCT, Eduardo Campos Flores, state leader of Antorcha Campesina, Guadalupe Valle Chávez, leader in the Southern Region and Serafin García Hernández, liaison with federal antorchista deputies, toured seven road works, located in different geographical points in the southern part of the entity: Atequizayán, Alista, Tinajas, la Parota, La Parotilla, the Rosa bridge in San Antonio and a road that connects to various populations with Talpa de Allende.

The members of the tour, directly confirmed the state in which the works are kept, in which an investment of 114.5 million pesos is applied, obtained through the efforts of the Movimiento Antorchista of Jalisco and federal representatives from the same organization, which include roads, junctions and bridges, as main transformers for social development.

The starting point was Ciudad Guzmán, where on one hand the progress of an introductory section for the highway's north bypass was confirmed up to the Monument of Solidaridad, also involving the intersection Tecnológio and 4 Caminos. Later, they reached the town of Tolimán, where they visited La Parota, in which they placed a section that connects the towns of Santa Elena, La Parotilla and Zapotitlán de Vadillo. Here the construction staff of the Chavez building company was instructed to continue their construction work with formality. The first 4 kilometers of a total of 16 have already been achieved , the resources for this project totaling 12 million pesos.
