articulo3There isn't enough money
In the next weeks, the authorizations for productive projects will start and there will only be a budget of 13.5 million pesos for 13 thousand proposals.

Cabo Corrientes Jalisco News.- Héctor Padilla Gutiérrez, Minister of Rural Development of the state of Jalisco, informed that this last weekend during the work tour in the municipality of Cabo Corrientes, they had received a total of 13 thousand proposals of productive projects.

He said that such proposals are doomed from the start, we are in the process of rating them, but the problem is that there isn't enough money for the 13 thousand projects.

He clarified that through the SEDER they will only destine 13.5 million pesos for the municipalities.

He advanced that they don't know up to what point they could get with the short term results.

With all of the results there are from the municipal presidents and producers. And the proposals of productive projects of different types. We decided since the start of the administration to make improvements in all of the municipalities.

In previous years, a large amount of money was concentrated in a few projects, sometimes in only two or three regions, for example in Ciudad Guzmán they took 70 percent of the money that came from Sagarpa and Seder.

However, there are municipalities in this region, which since more than four years ago, have not received the approval of a single project, reason for which we have to level the field in between all of the regions.

"We are going to limit the projects with a high level of investment, with the end of supporting the largest amount of productive projects, and so that there is enough money for each of the productive groups".

He assured that there are companies that during many years have been receiving economic support, this practice has been discarded during the government of Jorge Aristóteles in the state of Jalisco.

During the next weeks the authorization for projects will start, even though we will not be able to reach the majority, as we had commented at the beginning of our meeting with mayors", he concluded.
