Work Closed Down For Violating Construction Rules

According to information from the head of the agency, Octavio Perez Medina, between the inconsistencies  in the work during an inspection visit, there are some modifications to the original project that were not reported to the City Council, and therefore have no authorizations.

He explained that during the review or inspection,  persons in charge of the work, did not present the required information on the detected anomalies and changes to the project, among others, that no building permit has the signatures of the director responsible for the work, not the owner.

Nor had the approval document of land use project, which shares and H-211 CRU, and residential use corridor, respectively, which is also considered as an anomaly and inconsistency, besides not having seals College Architects, as required by the Building Regulations, which similarly constitutes an irregularity.

Medina Perez mentioned that the main reason that led to his staff to close the book, is that changes were made to the project without notifying the authorities, and that reason alone is casusa immediate suspension of the work, so we proceeded to close the same warnings under the corresponding law.
